Expect Change in Kentucky State Legislature
"I'm frustrated by the complete lack of representation in Frankfort, where bills with no co-sponsors and no public support sail through and become law, while legislators ignore the 26 co-sponsors for the Kentucky Firearms Freedom Act and the massive public support, and that bill is allowed by the oligarchy to die in committee.I'll be in the gallery tomorrow, even though I think the strategy will be to avoid hearing the KFFA discharge petition because they don't have time, given that their procedural trick of dismissing the 10th Amendment RESOLUTION won't work with the Kentucky Firearms Freedom ACT. I'll bring almost 1,700 KFFA petitions as a visual reminder of the support for this legislation. This is probably just a symbolic gesture, but I'm obligated to do whatever I can, even if it's symbolic.... They need to know that they serve at the pleasure of the people, and they can never take that for granted, because as soon as the people are no longer pleased, they're out of a job. I'm convinced that a good YouTube video or two and a lot of phone calling and grassroots campaigning can remove almost any state legislator. Thanks to everyone who has been going to Frankfort and working in this frustrating environment "-- Liberty4Ever
Get Organized
With the president signing this unwanted and “transformative” government takeover of our health care system today with promises impossible to keep, let’s not get discouraged. Don’t get demoralized. Get organized! We’re going to reclaim the power of the people from those who disregarded the will of the people. We’re going to fire them and send them back to the private sector, which has been shrinking thanks to their destructive government-growing policies. Maybe when they join the millions of unemployed, they’ll understand why Americans wanted them to focus on job creation and an invigorated private sector. Come November, we’re going to print pink slips for members of Congress as fast as they’ve been printing money. We’re paying particular attention to those House members who voted in favor of Obamacare and represent districts that Senator John McCain and I carried during the 2008 election. Three of these House members are retiring – from Arkansas’s 2nd district, Indiana’s 8th district, and Tennessee’s 6th district – but we’ll be working to make sure that those who replace them are Commonsense Conservatives. The others are running for re-election, and we’re going to hold them accountable for this disastrous Obamacare vote. They are: Ann Kirkpatrick (AZ-1), Harry E. Mitchell (AZ-5), Gabrielle Giffords (AZ-8), John Salazar (CO-3), Betsy Markey (CO-4). Allen Boyd (FL-2), Suzanne M. Kosmas (FL-24), Baron P. Hill (IN-9), Earl Pomeroy (ND-AL), Charlie Wilson (OH-6), John Boccieri (OH-16), Kathy Dahlkemper (PA-3), Christopher Carney (PA-10), John M. Spratt, Jr. (SC-5), Tom Perriello (VA-5), Alan B. Mollohan (WV-1), and Nick J. Rahall II (WV-3). We’ll aim for these races and many others. This is just the first salvo in a fight to elect people across the nation who will bring common sense to Washington. Please go to sarahpac.com and join me in the fight.Stand tall, America. Real change is coming!- Sarah Palin

Reasons why Ben "Cap & Trade" Chandler has to go...
Did You Know?
1.The United States produces about 35%, or 1 billion tons, of the world's coal supply—more than any other country produces.
2.The average coal miner is 45 years old and has 20 years of experience.
3.Coal generates more than half of the electricity used in the United States.
4.Each person in the United States uses 3.8 tons of coal each year.
5.U.S. coal deposits contain more energy than that of all the world's oil reserves.
6.The United States has more than a 250-year supply of coal, if it continues using coal at the same rate at which it uses coal today.

Rally with Rand in Lexington Update
Just got back from the rally with Rand Paul against Chandler's big government policies. We had a turn out of about 100 people which is not bad in Lexington mid-day while the Cats are playing in the SEC Tournament. I was really pleasantly surprised.
Several political candidates showed up who are running against Chandler for the Kentucky 6th District US Congressional seat. They gave their speeches while standing on a pile of rocks. One candidate lost his shoe. lol Folks these are the details you won't get in the Lexington Herald Leader.
A local Conservative talk-radio show host rallied the crowd as we all turned toward Chandler's local office and shouted "Ben Chandler, you're fired!" I love this stuff.
